At Daalam Eastern Wear, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached. Customized or sale items are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and refunds (excluding shipping fees) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
